Cosy large Double Room close to City Centre

Beautiful, well maintained,perfect placement & value for your money Positive: The property from the outside doesn't look like much but inside it's absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Very comfortable and the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to everything. Negative: The only down side was it's an adult only property (I was their to take my 19 yr old to a concert) yet there was a screaming child in the early hours and running around on the floor above. This however is not the property managements fault as they was not made aware of this. Also a TV would have been great for chill out time in the room we had but it wasn't the end of the world as we had free WiFi so we could watch our iPads/ phones.

The value for many was incredible. Very close to the center and super-responsive owner. Positive: Fine location, ery close to the center. The room had many types of coffee, the price was terrific. Negative: Everything was fine.

Casi todo mal Positive: Lamentable, no lo recomiendo para nada, solo para dormir y aún así da hasta mal rollo. En Google maps no sale, para encontrar el apartamento estuvimos media hora, ya q todo y q la dirección era correcta al no haber ninguna foto colgada no sabíamos cuál era, además de no poderme creer la calle en la que estaba; calle sucia, con containers por el medio, mal asfaltada, con alambres por el medio, sin luz, etc… La entrada al apartamento da a un bar chino, q tienen siempre la puerta abierta y te entra el olor a todo lo q cocinan durante todo el día. Además de estar hecha una mierda la entrada. El apartamento en sí estaba limpio, a excepción del lavabo que podía estarlo más. Cuando reservé se suponía que había desayuno incluido, jamás lo hubo, como mucho cápsula de café y sin leche. Cosas básicas como papel WC no había apenas, dos rollos para 4 días, siendo para 3 habitaciones. Los estropajos para limpiar y las esponjas daban asco, con lo cual limpiar un tenedor o un plato con ello daba muchísimo asco. Se supone q esta cerca del Etihad Stadium, es falso, 2 km, unos 35’ andando. Te echan a las 10h de la mañana y si quieres estar hasta las 12h te cobran 20£ más. El trato con el casero muy justito, tiene puesto de foto de perfil unos súper edificios con el eslogan: “prestige rooms MCR”, como dando a entender que son sitios increíbles y la sensación es de estar en un barrio sucio y que da miedo. Por todo ello solo recomiendo este apartamento para dormir y porque la puerta de la habitación tiene 2 pestillos, que sino ni eso.

Positive: Availability of the basic appliances Negative: - I had an issue with heating. It was not working in my room specifically but it was addressed later. Even so, the heating is automated and only started to work after 6 PM so if you feel cold there is no much you can do. - Needed to chase the host to send codes after check-in time.
